International Taoist Tai Chi Centre

The International Taoist Tai Chi Centre is devoted to the advancement of Taoist training through its various programs. Located on 100 acres near Orangeville Ontario, and set in a beautiful landscape at the headwaters of the Niagara Escarpment, the Centre offers large practice halls and temples, as well as rooms and service areas for program participants. The Centre celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2004.

The Centre facilities were built after decades of planning and effort on the part of Master Moy Lin-shin and a great number of advisors and dedicated volunteers. They stand as a testimony to the enthusiastic support and generosity of the worldwide membership of the International Taoist Tai Chi Society. The Centre operations also depend on volunteers and are supported by its programs and private donations. The Centre does not rely on government assistance.

The facility is owned by the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism, a registered charitable organization (#11893 4371 RR0001), which jointly administers all Centre programs, as well as the Centre itself, in conjunction with the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Canada and the International Taoist Tai Chi Society.

This property is also the location for the Health Recovery Program, and the site of the Quiet Cultivation Centre.

The Centre offers a full schedule of programs in all of the Taoist Tai Chi™ internal arts and methods that comprise Master Moy's teachings, including Taijiquan, Lok Hup Ba Fa, chanting, meditation, Taoist ceremonies, Hsing-I, Tai Chi sword and Tai Chi sabre. Most of these programs are open only to members of an affiliated association of the International Taoist Tai Chi Society. Health Recovery programs are open to the general public.
